Colleen Latimer is the Owner of Aquis Consulting, a company that provides instructional design services and web-based training and technology consulting to businesses and non-profits. Aquis creates customized web-based business solutions and instructional materials that improve efficiency, educate and inspire employees and customers.

Ms. Latimer has a Master's degree in Adult Learning from San Francisco State University and continues her professional education in multi-media and web-based training. Colleen has over ten years of professional experience in educational services and developing learning tools. Prior to founding Aquis Consulting, Colleen provided instructional services to the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Pennsylvania, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and developed web-based solutions for Hewlett-Packard.
