Marilyn Stanton is the CEO and Founder of Illuminated Consulting. She consults to organizations pursuing strategic change, business alignment,and operational effectiveness.

Ms.Stanton specializes in business effectiveness and change management with an emphasis on the people andprocess of change. She has a results oriented, participatory approach to the design and implementation of change and transition by working with both senior management on strategy and planning, and the teams on the front lines who are tasked with implementation.

Services include customized consulting in global/intercultural competency change implementation, organization design knowledge sharing & collaboration, team learning, communication skills, culture change, leadership development, effective meetings, learning design for training, best practices, and group facilitation.

Marilyn has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and has served as faculty for the University of San Francisco in the graduate Human Resource Organizational Development program.She lived and worked for 10 years in the Middle East and Africa, giving her a strong grounding and understanding of intercultural issues. Her undergraduate studies were at the University of Calgary in Educational Psychology. Marilyn is a licensed WorldWork and Cultural Detective consultant, as well as the author of Cultural Detective: Islam.
